For orders of 19 units or fewer: Standard courier shipping is included in the quoted price, but only for local deliveries within 50 km. No signature is required upon delivery.
For orders of 20 units or more: Curbside delivery via common carrier is not included in the quoted price. Shipping costs will be quoted separately by the carrier based on your location and order details.
Note: For deliveries outside local areas (beyond 50 km or to other provinces), customers are responsible for shipping costs. We can provide a shipping quote upon request."
For orders 1-3 units, Will be send by UPS customer pay for shipping cost
"Curbside Delivery" service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway on a pallet. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials or pallets.
We sincerely apologize for the recent increase in shipping costs. Unfortunately, our shipping carrier has raised their rates, and we have no choice but to pass this on to customers.
Curbside Delivery:
1. Once the items ship, you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s website for more information on your delivery.
2. Your delivery cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. Standard deliveries are delivered during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Delivery hours may be extended during peak holiday times.
3. If the Carrier attempts to deliver an order and there is no one home, the driver will do a Driver Release and leave the shipment for you.
